The Founder
Praveen Raman
Founder & Head of Operations | 22+ Years in Sports Leadership
My journey began over 22 years ago as a player who understood the challenge of a late start and a lack of early opportunities. That gap — between raw talent and structured development — became my life's mission to close.
From my first head coaching role at Green Country Public School to leading Senior Men's and Women's teams, I have focused on one thing: giving every young athlete the mentorship, technology, and pathway that I once wished I had.
I pioneered tactical video analysis for U13 and U15 players in Bangalore — at a time when this technology was only used by senior professional clubs. I single-handedly built the scouting architecture for the Bangalore Youth Football League. And through it all, I've watched our athletes go on to represent India through BFC and the Indian National Youth Teams.

The growth arm. End-to-end sports management for schools, infrastructure development, event management, and athlete representation.

The impact arm. Free elite coaching for underprivileged athletes. Funded by academy fees and Ambadi Realty commissions.
